Live jazz and swing bands in City Hall entertain the skaters at City Hall Plaza. Appearances by Big Band legends Trocadero and Bullies of Basin Street. 

The Edmonton Arts Council (EAC), in partnership with the City of Edmonton, programs activities and events in the Square for casual and day-to-day public use between major festivals and events.
